Michael Ann Thomas will join BCW as Executive Vice President for Global Technology Solutions. She departs APCO Worldwide where she had been Global Practice Chair for the past two years.
In her new role, Thomas will have responsibility for client teams as well as developing new services and solutions.
BCW CEO Donna Imperato praised Thomas as “fearless at a time when we need bold ideas, uninhibited creativity and a sophisticated understanding of the evolution of the world of technology.”
Prior to joining APCO in 2016, Thomas spent four years as Group Director for Technology and Healthcare at Edelman.
“Michael is an expert at helping organizations define and communicate new measures of value as they navigate digital transformation,” said Chris Foster, President, North America, BCW, to whom Thomas reports. “Michael understands this disruption, the issues facing the technology sector and how to position our clients to win.”
Thomas starts September 10.
